FAQs

  • I do!

The process is the same as for individuals, except the initial Discovery Call is with the business rather than the individuals being coached, and this session can vary in length depending on your needs. I appreciate the decision around business coaching can be more complex.

The charges listed in my Services page then apply, but are charged per individual. If you have any questions on this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch using the above contact form.

  • Yes! I am trained as a Generalist Life Coach with a subsequent specialism in Stress Management, so I'm experienced in coaching a number of areas. I've helped clients on topics such as, but not limited to:

    • Minimising feelings of stress and overwhelm

    • Finding a new job

    • Getting a promotion

    • Improving self-esteem

    • Becoming more organised

    • Moving to a new country

    • Improving work performance

    • Dealing with a redundancy

    • Starting a Masters Degree

    • Learning a new language

    • Learning to drive

And many more! If you do think I can help you for any reason at all, I'm happy to speak to see if might be a good fit.

  • Not at all! I've coached clients all over Europe and have experience managing teams all over the world, so I'm comfortable with working with people in any country or culture. Given my sessions are online anyway, your experience will be the same whether you're based in the U.K. or abroad.

  • I hope I am, but honestly, until we spend some time together you won't know for sure.

I've tried to get as much of me across in this website as possible, but the reality is we need to spend time together to build a rapport and understand if I'm the right person to help you reach your goals. You can arrange an introductory call with me at the above contact form.

I've also written an article that explains what to look out for when trying to find a coach. You can find it here: Read more: How To Find The Right Coach

  • For coaching to be successful it requires coaching to be the right talking service for your circumstances, and for the coach to be the right one for you. It's therefore important that you have the chance to get to know me, and vice versa, so we can identify whether I am the right person to help you before you commit or pay anything. For more information on finding the right coach, check out this article.

  • It's important to me that I am the right coach for you, and that you are the right client for me. This is a partnership, and one I take immensely seriously. Given the first session together will likely be more of a fact-finding discussion anyway, I prefer to offer this at a discounted rate and without obligation for the future. This means that, if you come out of this session with doubts about whether I am the right coach for you, we have managed to keep your financial and time commitment as low as possible.

  • It's personal preference. Coaching works best when the client doesn't feel rushed, and therefore allowing for as much time as possible allows the space to find the best outcomes. It also allows us time to conclude the session in an effective way that provides you with the tools to carry on until our next session.

Should you wish for sessions to last less than 60 minutes, that's not a problem. I have clients who like to finish 5 minutes early to prepare for their next meeting, and that's fine. As a client-led coach, I try to be as flexible around your needs as possible.

  • This is an important distinction to make at the start of your journey. I've written an article on this topic to help you work through this.

I'm also happy to be contacted using the above form if you need any further help.

  • As standard my coaching sessions are held online. However, if you're based in Bristol in the U.K. I'm happy to discuss it further. You can reach me use using the contact form at the top of this page and we can talk it over.

  • Get in touch! I've kept my "Services" page (Read more: Services) as simple as possible to meet the needs of the majority of those interested in working with me, but I'm always happy to have a chat over anything that may appear out of scope. You can reach me using the above contact form.

  • Not without direct permission provided directly by me. If you would like to use one of my articles, please get in touch using the above contact form.

  • In my experience, group coaching sessions tend to restrict the participants. I've found my clients get better results from one-on-one sessions, where they have the space to be themselves without the fear of being judged, or without the time constraints that come with allowing everyone the time to speak. If group coaching is something that is particularly important to you, I'm happy to discuss it further via the above contact form.
